In 2007 What Goes On Media saw how increasingly difficult it was for new broadcasting talent to get experience and quality, tailored feedback.

As the radio industry contracted, overnight slots networked, dayparts networked, there were less opportunities to get on the air, but also less opportunites for Programme Controllers to try out and develop new talent.  Many bosses simply didn't have the time to spend weeks and months with new presenters getting them match fit.

So we decided to help both individuals and radio stations alike.

We now coach a number of individual clients and also serve as consultants to radio stations, where we work across their presenting teams.

As the industry becomes more competitive than ever, individuals need to stay a step ahead of their competition and invest in their own futures.  Our founder Sam Walker has written about how coaching changed her career.  Are you ready to do the same?  How else are you going to stand out and be your best self?

We offer three tiers of coaching programmes for individuals.  Details are here.

We can also offer one off sessions, detailed demo feedback and talk to you about group coaching too.  We can come to your student or community station for the day too.

We're not into the hard sell, so for a chat or for more details. just get in touch.

Does it work?  Here's what our clients say.

Whatever you choose to do - if you're going to seek advice, make sure you're talking to people who have relevant and current experience in the arena you want to work in.

Sam is also available to speak at conferences and conventions on all manner of radio presenting.

She spoke recently at Radio Days Ireland in Dublin and you can watch her Next Radio 2017 presentation here.
